TIME
RICH._

The single source of truth for how Time Rich looks, sounds, and thinks. The room for women who build their business on AI, not around it. Deep green, cream, one pastel-green accent. Sharp, warm, a little cheeky. Delegate the shit you hate to AI — and buy your time back.

Four parts · I how it looks · II how it sounds · III how it shows up · IV how it thinks

PART IVisual identity How the brand looks. The room, the founder, the mark, the palette, the type.

The essence

What's the point of AI if it doesn't buy your life back?

Time Rich is the education and community that teaches women to delegate the shit they hate to AI — and run their business and their life on it. We help founders, investors, and operators build lean, independent businesses by multiplying their time with AI, without sacrificing authenticity, health, or relationships. Application-based, because the quality of the room is the whole point.

Mission

Close the gap. Women adopt AI about 25% less than men. We make implementation normal, not intimidating.

Belief

AI doesn't save you time unless you set it up right. Context beats prompts. Build lean. Stay independent. Stay human.

Difference

No gurus. No bros. No VC growth-at-all-costs. No 12-week curriculum. Just the room, and women who ship.

The three pillars

01 / BUSINESS

Business & AI

Use AI to multiply time, not replace judgement. Build lean, stay independent, choose sustainability over hype.

02 / HEALTH

Health & Longevity

Rest is the foundation of productivity, not its reward. Burnout prevention and the inner work of a better founder.

03 / PEOPLE

Relationships & Inner Work

Community over isolation. Real mentorship, real vulnerability. You're allowed to struggle here.

For

  • Women and queer founders, investors, and operators
  • People who've already built something with a proven offer
  • Builders who want to implement this week, not study it this year
  • Founders staying independent and lean

Not for

  • People looking for motivation, inspiration or awareness
  • Anyone who wants a cohort, curriculum, or graduation
  • Growth-at-all-costs, VC-trap thinking
  • Corporate speak and empowerment language

01 — Founder

Ella Molony Cook, founder of Time Rich
Ella Molony Cook · Founder

The founder is the face

Ella is a 4x founder with one exit, an AI systems coach, and an angel investor. She dropped out of high school in Australia, bootstrapped her first company to an exit, moved to the US, raised multiple seven figures, and learned from the inside that money can cost you your freedom. She started Time Rich because she was tired of the AI conversation happening in rooms women weren't in.

She is the primary voice and face of the brand. When we speak, we speak as Ella: direct, warm, slightly impatient with nonsense. Like a founder who's been in the room and wants to make sure you get in it too.

✓Confident and real. Ella looks like a founder who ships, not a stock model.
✕Never over-retouch or force a corporate headshot vibe. Keep her human.
✓First person is honest. "I built this" and "we" (the org) are both allowed.
✕Don't hide behind the brand. People join for Ella and the room, not a logo.

02 — The room

Show the room, not a stock photo of "community"

The community is the product. Real dinners, real events, real women in real conversation. Numbers, not vibes: 200+ founders, investors and operators. Show who's actually here.

✓Real moments. Dinners, rooftops, laptops open, actual conversation.
✕No staged stock of diverse people pointing at a whiteboard.
✓Respect privacy. Get consent for member faces; outcomes can stand without photos.
✕No fake testimonials. Real names, specific outcomes, or nothing.

04 — Colour

Deep green, cream, and one pastel green

Three colours carry the whole brand. Deep green is the ground — the dark, expensive, grown-up base everything sits on. Cream is the light ground and the text on dark. Pastel green is the single accent: the stop, the CTA, the one highlighted word. Sage and moss fill in between, clay handles heat. Click any swatch to copy its hex.

01 Fluro lime is retired

The acid #D4FF4F is off the brand as of v5.0. Anywhere it still appears — old slides, old graphics, old exports — it becomes pastel green #CCEEA0. Same job, softer voice, and it stops fighting the deep green.

02 Pastel green is a fill, not text on cream

On deep green it is text, the stop, and the accent. On cream it is a fill only — for a pill, a button, a highlighter swipe. Any green text on cream drops to moss #67762E. The tokens do this automatically.

03 One accent per composition

One pastel-green moment per slide, screen or graphic. If everything is pastel green, nothing is. Sage carries the quiet structure, cream carries the reading, clay is reserved for urgency — never body text.

Contrast & access

Deep-green ground, cream text — and the one rule that trips everyone up: pastel green is a fill colour, never text on cream. These pairings pass WCAG AA; the last two don't.

Also: keep body copy at 16px+ with room to breathe, size stats as plain digits, and never rely on colour alone — clay warnings carry an ✕, pastel-green confirmations a ✓. Accessible reads as considered, not clinical.

05 — Typography

Space Grotesk speaks. Mono keeps the receipts.

Two faces do all the work. Space Grotesk for the wordmark and every statement; JetBrains Mono for labels, data, tags and the terminal voice. System sans carries body copy so it stays fast and native. No serif, no Archivo.

Display · Space Grotesk Bold · tight tracking
Buy it back.
Structure · JetBrains Mono · uppercase, spaced
> SAVING 21+ HOURS / WEEK
Body · system sans

Short sentences land harder. Then a longer one carries the argument. Generous, intentional whitespace, clarity over density. Stats stated plainly: 25%, not "a quarter."

The four type roles

One system across the site, carousels and graphics — display, body, mono label, and the signature stop.

Headline · Space Grotesk
You're not behind on AI.
Bold, tight, sentence case. Highlight the key phrase in pastel green.
Body · system sans
No one showed you where it hands you back your time.
Readable, unfussy, native. Never for headlines.
Label pill · JetBrains Mono
Delegate the boring stuff
Letter-spaced uppercase mono in a pastel-green pill. Stats, tags, steps.
Signature stop · pastel-green full-stop
Time Rich.
Closes a composition. The mark, not decoration.

Type stack, exactly: Space Grotesk (display), system-ui (body), JetBrains Mono (labels & data). Webfonts load from Google Fonts so the page renders true anywhere; the vault holds the files for offline and print work.

06 — Buttons & CTAs

Three buttons, one job each

Pastel green for the one action that matters, an outline for the second option, a bare text link for the rest. Every button says exactly what happens next and points with a →. Pill shape, mono label, uppercase. Hover to see the motion.

On deep green · the default ground
On cream · the pastel fill holds, text-green becomes moss
✓One primary per screen. If everything's pastel green, nothing is. Secondary and ghost carry the rest.
✕Never "Learn more" or "Get started." Name the action: "Apply to join," "Grab the prompt pack."
✓Always the → on primary and secondary. It points at what happens next.
✕No pastel-green label on cream. Fill stays pastel, text goes deep green; a text-only CTA uses moss.

Pressed state darkens pastel green to moss — the green family doing the work. Match button copy to whatever the live page actually does before shipping.

PART IIVoice & verbal How the brand sounds. One voice, dialed per surface. The firewall never moves.

07 — Voice & tone

Sound like a founder, not a brand deck

Direct, warm, slightly impatient with nonsense, and a little cheeky.

If you only read one screen of this bible, read this one. Four traits, four things we never are, and one rule that decides every sentence.

We always sound

DirectThe point lands in sentence one. No warm-up, no throat-clearing, no build-up to the reveal.
WarmFounder to founder, not brand to audience. We assume she is competent and short on time.
SpecificNumbers, named tasks, real before-and-after. "21 hours a week," never "more time."
A little cheeky"Delegate the shit you hate." Dry, confident, never mean and never trying too hard.

We never sound

CorporateNo empower, leverage, unlock, ecosystem, seamless, synergy. Say the actual thing.
HypedNo game-changing, transformative, 10x, groundbreaking. No exclamation marks, ever.
ScarceNo spots filling fast, no don't miss out. Confidence, not scarcity. The room sells itself.
VagueNo hedging, no passive voice hiding the subject, no "things." Find the noun.
The one test

Read it out loud. If it sounds like something Ella would say to one founder over coffee, it ships. If it sounds like a brand deck, a LinkedIn thought-leader, or ChatGPT with the safety on, it does not. Context beats prompts is the spine of the argument; specificity is the whole product.

The cheeky dial

Confident and warm, tipping into playful. "Steal them all." "It's not that deep." "No homework." "Delegate the shit you hate." Never mean, never cringe, never trying too hard.

Non-negotiables (binary — one break, the draft fails)

  • No em-dashes or double dashes as connectors. Rewrite the sentence.
  • No exclamation marks anywhere.
  • No hedging: kind of, sort of, perhaps, might possibly.
  • No fake urgency: limited time, spots filling fast, don't miss out.
  • No promotional inflation: transformative, groundbreaking.
  • No passive voice hiding the subject. Say who did it.
  • Specificity over aspiration. Numbers, not vibes.
"AI doesn't save you time unless you set it up right. Context engineering beats prompt engineering. Load your AI with who you are, what you do, and how you work — then simple prompts produce answers that sound like you, not a robot." — Ella, the Time Rich voice

07b — Voice, dialed per surface

One voice. The register moves, the rules never do

The one idea under all of it

A time-rich business powered by AI is not hustle or optimization hacks. It's loading your AI with your context — who you are, what you do, how you work — so it multiplies your best thinking instead of replacing it.

Context beats prompts. That sentence is the spine of every surface. If a draft argues for a better prompt, it's off-brand. The lever is context.

08 — Copy bank

One-liners that actually land

A working bank for the landing page, ads, and social. Starred lines are the current picks. Rewrite freely, but keep the rhythm: short, direct, a little cheeky.

Emoji are punctuation, not decoration. The money marks lead — 💸 flying money and 💰 money bag carry the whole thesis: get smarter with AI, make more money. 🍒 cherry and 🌈 rainbow are the supplement — the signature close that ends a caption. The video format, and the creators we steal it from

Reels and short video are how the room gets found. The three creators below are the inspiration set for video content only — the reference for pacing, on-camera energy, and how to teach AI without the hype. They are a moodboard, not a voice. The voice stays Time Rich: direct, warm, a little cheeky, no exclamation marks, 🍒🌈 to close.

Rules: mono label always top-left with the › prompt. One pastel-green accent per slide. Numbers stated as digits. Real photos, not staged stock — no "inspiring" overlays. Every element has a job.

13 — Motion

Motion like a terminal, not a carousel

Fast, purposeful, one moment per view. Motion should feel like a system responding — a cursor, a sweep, a reveal — never decoration bouncing for attention. Everything degrades gracefully under reduced-motion.

Thinking_ Hover the sweep → 140ms · ease-out

The cursor

The blinking pastel-green _ is the signature — loading states, the end of a headline, a "we're on it" beat. One per screen.

The sweep

Links and CTAs get a pastel-green underline or a → that slides on hover. 140ms, ease-out. Confirmation, not spectacle.

The reveal

Sections fade up ~12px on scroll, once. Fast and quiet. Never stagger a whole grid tile-by-tile.

✓120–200ms, ease-out. If you notice the duration, it's too slow.
✕No bounce, spin, or parallax. That's the hype content we're the opposite of.
✓One moment per view. Same discipline as one pastel-green accent per slide.
✕Honour reduced-motion. Every state still works with animation off.
PART IVThe context pack How the brand thinks. Paste-ready blocks that make any AI sound like Ella.

14 — Paste-ready context

Everything an AI needs to sound like you

This is the operational half of the brand: the blocks you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any tool before you ask for a draft. Copy a block, paste it into the field. Context beats prompts — this is the context. Source of record lives in the vault at Chief of Staff - Eden/EDEN-CONTEXT-PACK.md.

Who you areThe bio field. Lead with "AI systems coach" every time.
Ella Molony Cook. AI systems coach. 4x founder, 1 exit.

Time Rich is an education platform and community for women and queer founders, investors, and operators who build with AI. The thesis: the smarter you get with AI, the more money you make, and the one tool that could close the funding gap is the one women use least. We aim AI at revenue (lead gen, outreach, follow-up, closing), not at admin.

Ella grew up in Australia, dropped out of high school, and started her first company without the word "entrepreneur" in her vocabulary. She bootstrapped that company to an exit, moved to the US, raised multiple seven figures on grow-or-die, and learned from the inside that money costs you your freedom. The new advantage is being profitable, and using AI to run the system that gets you there.

The line that carries it: you're aiming the most powerful technology ever built at your admin. What a waste.
Ideal customerAssume competence. Assume a deadline.
Women and queer founders, investors, and operators who already build with AI and are stuck at a growth ceiling. They have a proven offer and an audience. What they lack is the system that turns attention into repeatable revenue.

They are not looking for awareness, inspiration, or empowerment language. They have already built something and have no time to waste.

Not for: people looking for motivation, a course to collect, or hustle culture.
What you offerFour ways in, free through 1:1. The BRAIN Formula is the spine.
1. Free Revenue Prompt Pack: Time Rich Price Check, The Dead Money Finder, plus the one-page BRAIN Formula.
2. Workshops: free, live, bi-weekly. You build your first agent in the room.
3. The AI Revenue Accelerator: application-based cohort. You build the working AI revenue engine for your business.
4. 1:1 Custom AI System Coaching: custom-built with Ella, on your context. By application. No fixed tiers.

The BRAIN Formula, the spine under all of it:
Build one home. Recruit your agent. Assign the boring work. Improve it weekly. Never leave the loop, so knowledge compounds.

The one idea all content expresses: a time-rich business powered by AI is not hustle or optimization hacks. It's loading your AI with your context (who you are, what you do, how you work) so it multiplies your best thinking instead of replacing it. Context beats prompts.
The voice firewallBinary. One break and the draft fails.
Direct, warm, slightly impatient with nonsense. A founder who has been in the room and wants to make sure you get in it too. Short sentences land the punches, longer ones carry the argument. Lead with what the reader gets, never with the process. Specificity is the whole product: real numbers, named tasks, actual before-and-after.

Hard rules, binary, a draft fails if it breaks one:
- No em dashes or double dashes as connectors. Rewrite the sentence.
- No exclamation marks anywhere.
- No hedging: kind of, sort of, perhaps, might possibly.
- No fake urgency: now more than ever, limited time, spots filling fast, don't miss out.
- No promotional inflation: groundbreaking, transformative, game-changing.
- No "thing" or "things." Find the actual noun.
- No "I hope this finds you well" or any corporate warmup line.
- No passive voice that hides who is doing it.
- No banned words: empower, unlock, leverage, ecosystem, journey, foster, navigate, harness, cutting-edge, innovative, seamless, robust, synergy, 10x, girlboss, hustle.
- Confidence, not scarcity.

The wordmark is type, so it can also just be re-set live in Space Grotesk Bold with a pastel-green full-stop. The SVGs have the font embedded, so they render true even where Space Grotesk is not installed. Fonts are Open Font License (redistribution allowed); the photography and wordmark are Time Rich's.

The old purple wordmark, signature scripts and TR monogram PNGs are retired — archive them, don't ship them. If a mark isn't Space Grotesk on the deep-green/cream palette, it isn't the brand.
