Who you're learning from

Hi, I'm Ella — Aussie 4x founder, investor and AI systems nerd. I've been leading founder training at an AI lab since before AI was sexy.

I'm proof this works. I 4x'd revenue at my last company with one system and 200 interns running through it — and that was before the agent boom. This summer I onboarded 18 interns with 5 AI agents in five days without missing a beat. Now I'm handing you the playbook to get Time Rich.

People assume AI means you need fewer employees. It's the opposite: it makes you better at hiring them.

What you leave with

Foundation

Your Context Hub + AI Operating System

Most people lose everything they've taught their AI the moment they open a different tab — two years of context, personality, the way it writes in your voice, gone, because it lived inside one chat window. We fix that. One shared memory across your AI, so nothing gets re-explained ever again.

This is the part every course skips, and the reason everything you've tried so far came out generic.

  • Your Context Hub — your business, voice, offers and customers written down once, in one place every AI model reads from
  • The SOPs and workflows that turn one-off prompts into a system
  • Your AI Operating System — your org chart drawn, human and agent, on one page you can actually see
  • A delegation map: every task sorted into agent, person, or you
  • The QA loop that catches things before they reach you: Builder → QA → You
  • One shared memory, so you never start from scratch again — and switching models doesn't cost you everything you've taught the last one
  • Notion templates for the whole thing, so you're not buying software to fix a process problem
  • A system you fully own, that the next person you bring in inherits on day one
Five AI hires

Your Five AI Employees

Built by you, on your business, one live session at a time.

You don't need to hire anyone new to start this. If you already have one assistant or one intern, that's the person we make superhuman.

  • Chief of Staff — inbox triaged, calendar prepped, Monday briefing on your desk before you open the laptop
  • Chief Revenue Officer — reads your pipeline every Monday, flags who's gone cold, and tells you which three conversations are worth your week
  • Outbound Hunter — finds the people already ready to buy, and opens the conversation in your voice
  • Follow-up Agent — nobody falls through after a call, a DM or an event. Ever again
  • Content Strategist — messaging strategy and hooks, adapted per platform, distributed without you writing every word
  • Role briefs for your human colleagues
  • How to train the team you already have
  • Screen-recorded SOPs

Straight answer on the five: they won't be perfect in six weeks. Nobody's are, and anyone promising that is selling you something.

Build the system and it doesn't matter whether it's agents or humans — both work in the same OS hub. We're teaching you how to be an AI-driven leader.

How the OS hub works: a voice note becomes reviewed, approved work.
A voice note goes in. Your agents draft. You approve.

You bring the problem. We build the flow live.

You leave with a system, not notes.

The build, phase by phase

Here's how that gets built

What we build, and when.

Every session ships one working piece and has a test you either pass or fail. Stuck gets solved in a hot seat on the next call, live.

Phase 1 · Foundation weeks 1-2
1

Mon, Oct 26 · Your Context Hub & AI Operating System

We load your business into the engine, draw your org chart — human and agent — and set the QA loop everything after this runs through. Leadership rep: write a brief a stranger could execute.

2

Mon, Nov 2 · Your Chief of Staff

Inbox triaged, calendar prepped, a Monday briefing waiting before your coffee. The week stops living in your head. Leadership rep: delegate without redoing it.

Phase 2 · Revenue & reach weeks 3-4
3

Mon, Nov 9 · Your Chief Revenue Officer

The agent that runs revenue like a CRO: your offers, your pipeline, aimed at your real buyer rather than everyone. Leadership rep: vision to what happens on a Tuesday.

4

Mon, Nov 16 · Your Outbound Hunter

Surface who's ready to buy and open the conversation in your voice, then turn other people's audiences into your pipeline with an affiliate model that pays when you do. Leadership rep: feedback that changes the work.

Phase 3 · Visibility & close weeks 5-6
5

Mon, Nov 23 · Your Content Strategist

What to say, to whom, and the hook that makes them stay — plus Luma and Substack to distribute it. You pick the platforms you actually want to be on and it adapts to them, so the pipeline refills itself. Leadership rep: the QA loop, Builder → QA → You.

6

Mon, Nov 30 · Your Follow-up Agent & the handover

The payoff

The follow-up nobody sends, wired so nothing falls through after a call, a DM or an event. You leave running it, briefed for the calls that close. Leadership rep: hand it to a human and still own it.

You leave running your AI operating system.

A business that runs without you starting from zero every Monday.

The part nobody teaches

The leadership layer

Six months into building with AI I noticed something I didn't expect. I wasn't getting better at prompting. I was getting better at explaining what I actually wanted — to my agents, and to the humans I'd been quietly frustrated with for years. I've done more relationship therapy with Claude than I'd like to admit in writing.

The best AI operator and the best people-leader turn out to be the same person.

What it means to be an AI-native leader

  1. 01

    Vision to operational reality

The translation layer between what you want the business to be and what happens on a Tuesday.

  2. 02

    Lean team or big team

Opposite systems. You'll decide which you actually are.

  3. 03

    How to brief

Write a brief a stranger could execute, and you can run agents and people. Can't, and no tool fixes it.

  4. 04

How to delegate without redoing it

What "good enough" means, and letting an 8/10 ship instead of rewriting it at 11pm.

  5. 05

How to give feedback that changes the work

Supportive, not superficial; honest, not restrictive.

  6. 06

How to teach people to be human

Agents handle repetition; you build the part no agent can: judgment, taste, nerve.

You finish the week with space to think, feel, and build — for the business and for yourself.

From the people in the room

Don't take my word for it.

These are from the workshops this programme grew out of. The six-week build has run twice.

"I came in with low expectations — I'd been to enough 'AI' events that turned out to be basic prompting demos. I was wrong within the first five minutes. This wasn't theory or hype: it was the AI stack she uses to save 20+ hours a week, broken down in a way I could actually implement. I left with the foundation for my first AI agent and a clear path forward."

"Ella made working with AI visible, quite literally. She thinks about AI agents the same way she thinks about building a business — each agent has a role, responsibilities, and a purpose. I walked away with useful knowledge, a better way to think about AI, and, most importantly, the confidence to get started."

Indra Klavins
Organizational Strategist · Executive Advisor

"Ella's workshops are actionable from the start — she teaches, shares her process, and leaves you with the full instructions to create your own AI team members. Time Rich started as a workshop and has turned into a beautiful community of supportive, like-minded women founders."

Let's get honest

The decision

This is for you if:

  • You run the business and can make the call yourself
  • You've used AI tools, seen the potential, and nothing quite clicks together yet
  • You've got real, repeatable work you're ready to hand off
  • You want people and AI working side by side, not one replacing the other
  • You want to own the system, not depend on someone else to run it
  • You already have one or two people helping you and you know you're underusing them
  • You're doing this alongside a full-time job, so it only works if the system does

This is not for you if:

  • You want it done for you, not with you
  • You want more tools, not a different way of working
  • You'd rather keep paying an agency $4k a month for something you should own
  • You want it to be easy. If you want to, you will — that's the mindset this room runs on
One time only

Intimate first cohort

That's why I'm not opening this to everyone. I'm capping this one on purpose, not because it's unproven (I've run it twice at scale and it works), but because there's a difference between watching a course and building something real with me in the room, and I can only be in so many rooms.

There's a second reason: you'll be bringing real people into your business. I want to know who I'm opening that door to, which means I'm personally involved with every business in this first cohort.

So it stays small. You work directly with me. And the founding cohort gets the lowest price this programme will ever run at.

There's no countdown and no manufactured scarcity. It's simply a small first cohort, built carefully, with people being the heart of it.

Questions

The honest answers

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write a clear brief for a new hire, you already have the skill that matters most.

Is this about replacing my team with AI?

No. AI takes the repetitive work off their plate so they've got more time for what actually needs a human: judgement, creativity, relationships.

Is half this programme really about managing people?

Yes. Clear context, set expectations, a real feedback process that works whether you're briefing an agent or a person. It's what stops everything landing back on your desk.

Which AI do I have to use?

Whichever one you'll actually open. I'm not building this around one tech stack — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or something that lives in your text messages. Each model has a different superpower and we'll match it to what your business does. What you won't do is start over every time you switch.

I've been using ChatGPT for two years. Do I lose all of that?

No, and this is the bit most people get wrong. All of that memory is an asset. We move it into a shared system your other models can read too, so the quality doesn't drop the moment you use a different tool.

Do I need to hire anyone to do this?

No. If you already have one intern or one assistant, that's who we make superhuman. Half of this is about the people you already have, not the ones you haven't met yet.

I have a full-time job. Can I still do this?

Yes — some of the best people in this cohort are building alongside something else. That's the whole point of a system: it has to hold when your week doesn't.

What does it cost?

Founding-cohort pricing is the lowest this programme will ever run at. Apply, and we'll cover it on your call.
