Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using timerich.ai (the "Site") or taking part in anything Time Rich runs. By accessing the Site, applying to the Accelerator or the community, attending a workshop, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.
1. What we offer
Time Rich is a platform for founders, investors, operators, and other leaders who want to use AI to run their business and buy back their time. What we offer can include: membership in an online community, free guides and resources, an email newsletter, and paid programs — currently the Superhuman Accelerator (Section 11). We may add, change, or remove any part of what we offer at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site, join the community, or apply to a paid program. By using the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
3. Applications and membership
Membership in the free community, and enrollment in the Accelerator, are both application-based. We review applications and may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may suspend or end your membership or access at any time, including for a breach of these Terms.
4. Community guidelines and conduct
When you take part in the community, events, or any cohort space, you agree to: treat other members with respect — no harassment, hate, discrimination, or bullying; keep shared conversations and members' personal information confidential; not spam, solicit, or pitch members uninvited; not share content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful; and follow any additional house rules we share for a specific space. We may remove content and remove members who break these guidelines. Removal for a serious breach does not entitle you to a refund of anything you've paid.
5. Events and workshops
Details for workshops and events (timing, format, platform) may change. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur to attend. Where an event runs on a third-party platform, that platform's own terms also apply.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post or submit. By sharing content with us or in our community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting Time Rich. You confirm you have the right to share what you share.
7. Our content and intellectual property
The Site and our materials (text, guides, curriculum, branding, and design) are owned by us or our licensors. Free resources come with a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit our materials without our written permission. Section 11.6 covers the Accelerator's materials specifically.
8. No professional advice
Our content and community are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, and should get advice from a qualified professional for your specific situation before acting on anything you learn through Time Rich.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services to run applications, bookings, hosting, and communications — see our Privacy Policy for the current list. We may also link to third-party websites. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Email and communications
If you subscribe or apply, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. Operational messages (for example, about your application or enrollment) aren't promotional and may still be sent.
11. The Superhuman Accelerator
This section is the Cohort Terms for the Superhuman Accelerator (the "Accelerator" or the "Cohort") and sits on top of Sections 1–10. Where the two conflict on anything specific to the Accelerator, this section wins. By applying for and paying for a seat, you agree to both.
11.1 What you're applying for
The Accelerator is a live, online, application-based cohort. There's no public checkout: you apply at timerich.ai/sh-apply/, then Ella reviews your application and, if it's a fit, discusses price and payment with you on a call before you pay anything. The current price, cohort dates, format, and deliverables are the ones stated at timerich.ai/accelerator/ at the time you apply — we keep the figures in one place rather than repeating them here, so they can never quietly drift out of sync. Founding-cohort pricing is the lowest that cohort of the program will ever run at; later cohorts are priced higher.
11.2 Payment
Payment is confirmed and taken only after your enrollment call, using the payment method Ella provides at that point. Your seat isn't booked until payment is received.
11.3 Refunds and cancellation by you
Once you've paid for a seat, it is non-refundable, except if we cancel the Cohort before it starts (Section 11.7) or where a right you hold under the consumer law of your jurisdiction cannot be waived.
11.4 No guarantee of results, time saved, or income
The Accelerator teaches you to build an AI Operating System and AI hires for your own business. What you get out of it depends on your own effort, business, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, number of hours saved, revenue, or income. Statements on our enrollment page are illustrative of what's been possible for us or other participants, not a promise of your result. Nothing in the Accelerator is financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
11.5 Sessions
Sessions, their order, and their content may be adjusted. If we change anything material, we'll tell the Cohort in advance and keep the overall value at least equivalent. We may reschedule an individual session with reasonable notice.
11.6 The skills library — your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the prompts, templates, curriculum, and context-file structures ("Materials") you receive in your own business. You may adapt them for your own use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or teach the Materials as your own, or use them to build a competing program. We keep all intellectual property in the Materials.
11.7 One seat per person; cancellation by us
Each seat is for one named person and isn't transferable or resellable without our written agreement. If we cancel the Cohort before it starts, or fail to run it, you'll receive a full refund of what you paid — that refund is our total liability to you for such a cancellation.
11.8 Testimonials
If you share results, feedback, or a testimonial with us, we may ask to use them in our marketing. We will only use your name, image, or specific results with your explicit consent, which you can decline or withdraw at any time by emailing us.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. For the Accelerator specifically, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you other rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above; significant changes may be communicated by email or on the Site. Continuing to use the Site, the community, or the Accelerator after changes means you accept the update.
