1. Who we are (data controller)
Growth Haus LLC (Wyoming, US) is the controller of your personal information. Reach us at support@timerich.ai.
2. What we collect

3. How we use it, and our legal bases
- To review your application and run the community or the Accelerator.
- To book and manage your enrollment call.
- To send the emails you signed up for, and operational messages about your application or enrollment.
- To provide the chat assistant, where it's enabled, by sending your messages to our AI provider for processing.
- To provide support, and to improve and secure the Site.
- To market our programs (you can opt out of marketing at any time).
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under UK/EU GDPR), we rely on: your consent (marketing emails and testimonials); performance of a contract or steps toward one (reviewing your application, running your enrollment call, delivering the Accelerator you've paid for); our legitimate interests (running, improving, and securing the Site and our business, where not overridden by your rights); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and lawful requests).
4. Who we share it with (processors and partners)
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Site, the application process, and the Accelerator:
- Notion: storing your application and contact details so we can review and respond.
- Cal.com: scheduling and managing your enrollment call.
- Cloudflare: content delivery, security, and processing/routing the forms you submit on the Site.
- GitHub Pages: hosting the Site's static pages.
- Anthropic: processing chat messages you send the corner chat assistant, where that feature is enabled, to generate a response.
- ipapi.co: a quick, anonymous lookup of your IP's country, used only to set a sensible default on the phone-number field.
- Slack: internal notifications to our own team when an application or booking comes in — not shared outside Time Rich.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): measuring how our advertising performs and showing ads to people who've visited our sites, via the Meta Pixel described in Section 8.
- Our email and analytics providers: sending the emails you signed up for and understanding Site traffic.
- Professional advisers, or authorities, where legally required.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.
5. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. If you're in the UK or EU, transfers out of your region rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism) where required.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have a relationship with us and for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Some records are kept longer where the law requires it — for example, financial records relating to any payment, for the minimum period applicable law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If your application to the community or the Accelerator isn't accepted, we keep your application details only as long as reasonably needed to run our pipeline, then delete them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out).
UK and EU (UK GDPR / EU GDPR): you have the rights listed above, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
California (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect and why, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information in that sense, and don't use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email support@timerich.ai. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any marketing email. We'll verify your request against the information we hold before acting on it.
8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to serve and secure the pages, and analytics to understand traffic and improve the Site.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology from Meta Platforms, Inc., on this Site. It sets cookies and records which pages you view, your IP address, and basic browser/device information, and sends that to Meta. We use it to measure how our advertising performs and to show ads to people who've already visited our sites. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may work less well if you do. You can control how your information is used for advertising in your Meta account settings under Ads, and opt out of interest-based advertising more generally at youradchoices.com or youronlinechoices.eu.
9. Children
The Site, the community, and the Accelerator are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Security and breaches
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and rely on the security of established providers such as Notion, Cal.com, and Cloudflare. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data and the law requires it, we'll notify you and the relevant authority within the required timeframe.
11. Changes and contact
